Abstract Submissions

Abstracts are invited to address the main theme of the conference:

UNDERSTANDING THE FUNCTION OF HUMAN GENOMIC VARIATION 

Including:

  • Investigations undertaken to determine functional significance of genetic variants

  • High throughput variant analysis

  • Computational analysis of variants

  • Gene/pathway analysis for therapeutic design

  • Design of a model system for therapeutic testing

Abstract Submission & Guidelines

  • All presenters will be required to register for the meeting and have to pay the registration fee  (Register Here)

  • The presenting author MUST register for the conference by Friday 1st November 2019. After this date, the organising committee will consider the abstract withdrawn.

  • Please note that if you wish to edit an abstract that has already been submitted, you will need to email your required change/updated abstract to Tessa Mattiske (functional.genomics@mcri.edu.au).

 

Presentation details: If selected, you will be allocated 15mins (inclusive of question time). 

Guidelines for your Poster Display:

Poster Size: No larger than A0 poster size

Display Orientation: (841mm W x 1189mm H)

Poster Mounting: Velcro compatible boards (Velcro dots provided)
